We turn your trash into a resource
Trash Pickup | Recycling | Composting
Congratulations, you found us! Your experience with trash is about to get a whole lot better.
We service the Omaha, Gretna, or Council Bluffs area. If you need to hire a trash hauler for your landfill waste, recycling, and/or composting from your business, organization, or school, you can hire us!
Organizations love partnering with us because we’re local, eco-friendly, and friendly-friendly. We’re also home to Compost Club, helping 1,800 households compost their food waste. But before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s go on a little journey to figure out what you need.
Need commercial trash, recycling, or compost service where you work?
You can hire us! Hillside Solutions is a locally owned waste management service that focuses on business waste. We service Pottawattamie County in Iowa and Douglas and Sarpy Counties in Nebraska.
Need residential trash, recycling, or yard waste services where you live?
Check out our partner company, Gretna Sanitation — a locally owned waste management service we co-own. Gretna Sanitation provides reliable residential garbage pickup, recycling services, and yard waste collection in the Douglas, Sarpy, and northern part of Cass Counties.
Need finished compost, soil, or mulch for your home, farm, or landscaping company?
Check out our partner company, Soil Dynamics — also a locally-owned company. We make our products from locally sourced materials like tree waste, yard waste, and food waste. We have a composting farm in Ashland, Nebraska, and a retail site near Downtown Omaha.
“They got us set up with a brand new dumpster in less than a week. Pricing is super reasonable, and all of the staff members are super friendly. I even have family members that have switched over to Hillside!”
“They are very helpful as we add new tenants to The Capitol District. The drivers ensure that the dumpster areas are presentable.”
“Hillside advised our architects, vendors, and staff with time-saving industry insight that led to achieving our goal of becoming the first Green Restaurant certified food hall in America.”
